Refund policy

The charge is made by Dodo Payments as merchant of record for the sale, so the refund goes back the same way: we authorise it and Dodo Payments carries it out.

Write to us at lunariatarotmexico@gmail.com even though the charge carries Dodo Payments's name. We are the ones who review the case and decide.

We write the reading before charging you, so if generation fails you never reach payment.

If something fails after you have paid, the refund is automatic and in full. You do not have to ask for it or write to us.

Write to us within 14 calendar days of your purchase, at lunariatarotmexico@gmail.com, with your reading's link and a line about what went wrong. We review case by case and refund where the complaint is reasonable.

We do not make a refund conditional on you deleting the reading or on you not using it.

What we do not refund: the content not matching what you hoped to read. The service is entertainment and does not promise a particular result.

If you bought a follow-up question pack and used none of it, the same 14 calendar days window applies.

If you have used part of the pack, we can refund the unused portion pro rata.

A question left unanswered because of a fault on our side is not deducted from your pack.

The refund returns by the same method you paid with. Once initiated it usually shows within three to five business days, depending on your bank.

If you see two charges for the same reading, write to us with both and we will refund the duplicate in full, with no time limit.

Write to us first. We almost always resolve things faster than a chargeback, and it avoids your bank blocking the payment method while it investigates.

Bear in mind that the charge appears under Dodo Payments. A great many disputes start simply from not recognising that name on a statement.
