Bogdan Jovanovic, an individual based in Belgrade, Serbia, operates the Lunaria site and provides the service described here. You can reach us at lunariatarotmexico@gmail.com.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

Lunaria sells written readings: daily horoscope, natal chart, tarot, love compatibility and dream interpretation. Each reading is generated by an artificial intelligence model from the details you enter.

The service is for entertainment and self-reflection only. Readings are not, and do not replace, medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. If you need professional help, seek it from a qualified person.

We do not predict future events or promise outcomes. Nothing you read here guarantees that anything will happen in your life.

You must be at least 18 to buy. By paying, you confirm that you are.

Each purchase is a single one-time payment for one reading. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and we do not keep your card on file to charge you later.

For some readings you can also buy a pack of follow-up questions about that same reading. That is likewise a one-time payment for a set number of questions, and those questions are tied to that reading.

Your reading lives at its own link. Anyone holding that link can read it, so treat it as private.

The sale is made by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. In practice: you buy from Dodo Payments, and it is Dodo Payments that issues the receipt, calculates and remits any tax that applies, and handles the charge.

We produce and deliver the reading. These terms govern that part; the terms of the transaction itself are Dodo Payments's.

For anything to do with your reading, write to lunariatarotmexico@gmail.com. We handle it, even though the charge does not carry our name.

Prices are shown in the stated currency before you pay. Any tax that applies is calculated and remitted by Dodo Payments. We never receive or store your card details.

The charge will appear on your statement under Dodo Payments, not under Lunaria. If you see that name and do not recognise it, this is the purchase.

Your details are sent to an artificial intelligence model together with a written brief we wrote. The result is new text, generated at that moment.

Where the reading calls for it, we compute real planetary positions for the date, time and place you gave, or shuffle and deal tarot cards. That calculation is real. What the calculation means about a person is interpretation, and interpretation is entertainment.

Two readings made from the same details may not be identical. That is a property of the system, not a fault.

If generation fails, you are not charged. If it fails after you have paid, the refund is automatic and in full.

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, defame or harm another person.

Do not enter someone else's details that you have no right to share.

Do not access the service by automated means, do not attempt to scrape its content in bulk, and do not resell readings as a service of your own.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaches the above.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service.

The site, its design, its written briefs and its brand are ours.

The text of your reading is for your personal use: you may read it, keep it and share it. You may not resell it or offer it as a service of your own.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.

We are not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of a reading. The service is entertainment and should be treated as such.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights Mexican law gives you as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.

These terms, which cover the service and the content of the readings, are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, where the operator lives, and the courts of Belgrade, Serbia have jurisdiction.

The purchase transaction is additionally governed by the terms of Dodo Payments, which is the seller of record.

None of the above limits the rights consumer law gives you in your country of residence. If you live in Mexico you keep those under the Federal Consumer Protection Law and may approach PROFECO.
